Real Estate Project Manager/Cost Manager

Company Description:
- Our client is a driven hotel and residential investment and management company, committed to creating long-term, sustainable value.
- They have a varied portfolio including very high end and more affordable hotels, residential and commercial assets.

Role Description:
- Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for real estate development projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of project costs, identifying areas for potential savings and recommending cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish cost control measures and monitor expenditure throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on project cost performance, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on financial aspects of real estate projects, including risk management and investment appraisal.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and industry best practices related to real estate cost management.
Requirements:

Package:
- £90K – £120K + Benefits + Bonus
