Scope of the role


(COD)
As a Recruitment Specialist within our team you’ll work closely with our Recruitment Managers to run and oversee recruitment for a wide range of roles across our UK offices. You’ll be responsible for the recruitment of Manager and Senior Manager positions across several business areas, running the end-to-end recruitment process. To be successful in this role you’ll have experience of working in a 360 recruitment role in either an agency, RPO or similar internal recruitmen

Essential Skills &

  • Experience:Previous experience in managing the recruitment cycle from the creation of a brief to offering the successful c
  • andidate(s)Delivery of recruitment services from a recruitment agency, RPO or in-house
  • environmentExperience using direct sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, talent pooling and industry relevant
