Consultants on Demand sits within Randstad Sourceright: the global talent strategic partner specialising in talent management solutions including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Programs (MSP), Integrated Talent Solutions including this brand-new consultancy offering.

Scope of the role (COD)

As a Recruitment Specialist within our team you’ll work closely with our Recruitment Managers to run and oversee recruitment for a wide range of roles across our UK offices. You’ll be responsible for the recruitment of Manager and Senior Manager positions across several business areas, running the end-to-end recruitment process. To be successful in this role you’ll have experience of working in a 360 recruitment role in either an agency, RPO or similar internal recruitment role.nYou’ll be confident taking the role from the initial briefing through to offering and onboarding the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:nManaging the end-to-end recruitment cycle at Manager and Senior Manager level Liaising with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needsnEnsuring a detailed brief is undertaken for each vacancynCreation of compelling job advertsnCandidate attraction via multiple channelsnCV reviewing and candidate telephone screeningnWorking with our in-house interview scheduling team to ensure interviews are progressing in a timely mannernAdvising and managing applicants through the interview and selection processnEffectively managing the offer and onboarding processnProviding Interview feedback to candidatesnEnsuring candidates move through the process within agreed SLAs Acting as the point of contact for recruitment agenciesnKeeping hiring managers and key stakeholders informed of progress made against their vacancies

Essential Skills & Experience:nPrevious experience in managing the recruitment cycle from the creation of a brief to offering the successful candidate(s)nDelivery of recruitment services from a recruitment agency, RPO or in-house environmentnExperience using direct sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, talent pooling and industry relevant job boards)nPassionate about creating an excellent candidate experiencenCommercial understanding of a business and how recruitment can support the requirements of stakeholdersnStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns with tight deadlinesnAbility to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at a range of levels.nAbility to develop good working relationships with stakeholders, team members and others within the wider recruitment functionnFinancial Services Recruitment experience is desirable
