Location

Hybrid role which can be based out of their Warrington offices.

Duties

• Oversee and lead the entire bid process, from preparation and submission to follow-up and procurement post-contract award.

• Map the market, identify, evaluate, and qualify new business opportunities.

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create compelling bid proposals.

• Conduct bid reviews and debriefs to continuously improve the bid process.

• Maintain a comprehensive bid library to enhance future efficiency.

• Monitor competitors for new opportunities, notifying colleagues in sales, evaluating opportunities, supporting the bid/no bid process, and reporting bid statistics.

• Lean on excellent writing and evaluation skills, being able to produce compelling copy for bids and support colleagues in producing high quality bid documents.

• Read and understand requirements from high level RFP/RFIs.

• Review, improve and update bid documentation regularly to meet the current needs of the business

Skills and experience

• Experience of writing and understanding bid and proposal documentation within technology; specifically SaaS and cloud based software

• Public sector bidding; ideally within facilities management

• APMP qualification or similar

• Held relationships at all stakeholder levels across a multi-disciplinary organisation
