Our work involves aligning the synergies between People, Process & Technology and increasingly requires us to shift people to engage through Digital and Virtual channels.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioural science, psychology, or a related field, with experience in applying scientific methods to solve real-world problems. This role involves conducting research, analysing data, and developing strategies that influence behaviour in a positive way, aligning with our company's goals and values.

Responsibilities

  • and conduct research studies to understand the factors influencing human behaviour in a range of different sectors
  • data using statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

About you

To be right for the role – you should have a combination of the below skills and experiences, including:

  • Master’s or PhD in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects with a focus on people/behavioural change, a particular interest in Behavioural Science would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement research projects from start to finish.
  • A creative thinker with a proven track record of applying behavioural science principles to solve problems and drive positive outcomes.
  • Experience of working in project teams and having responsibility for workstreams or key deliverables,
  • A strong
  • Experience of working in or with the public sector, with knowledge of local government, social care, health and housing would be desirable,
  • A team player who understands of how to work in a values-based environment,
  • The potential to develop a commercial mindset keen to develop across the consulting life-cycle from sales to delivery.
  • A great communicator who thrives working with a wide range of people,
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Comfortable with nationwide travel and be prepared in some cases to stay over-night when working at client site.
