Caja is a business transformation consultancy which is establishing itself as a serious competitor to more established and larger consulting organisations.

We collaborate with our clients to co-design, co-develop and co-deliver innovative, integrated business solutions for both public and private sector organisations.

We have been working with a range of clients to influence the behaviours of people and how they engage with services using the power of Nudge Theory, behavioural insights and operational improvement techniques. Our work involves aligning the synergies between People, Process & Technology and increasingly requires us to shift people to engage through Digital and Virtual channels.

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Behavioural Science/Organisational Psychology graduate to join our team. We need you to roll your sleeves up and get involved with the planning, delivery and management of client projects whilst challenging the status-quo.

You will be required to rapidly gather and assimilate often complex information and analyse data to determine how we can drive change and deliver tangible sustainable results. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about making a difference. About you

To be right for the role – you should have a combination of the below skills and experiences, including:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree in psychology with 2 years postgraduate experience in a relevant role or project,
  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects with a focus on people/behavioural change, a particular interest in Behavioural Science would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working in project teams and having responsibility for workstreams or key deliverables,
  • Experience of working in or with the public sector, with knowledge of local government, social care, health and housing would be desirable,
  • A team player who understands of how to work in a values-based environment,
  • The potential to develop a commercial mindset keen to develop across the consulting life-cycle from sales to delivery.
  • A great communicator who thrives working with a wide range of people,
  • Excellent analytical, written and presentation capabilities,
  • Comfortable with nationwide travel and be prepared in some cases to stay over-night when working at client site.
