A leading tech company are seeking an ambitious Personal Assistant to join their team. Supporting two senior stakeholders this role offers hybrid working, excellent benefits and company car. This role is key within the business and requires an experienced PA with superb organisational and communication skills.


Offering real career progression this role will be responsible for:


  • Diary management, meeting organisation and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Support senior stakeholders with minute preparation and running the offices
  • Updating and maintaining IT, spreadsheets, expenses, mobile phones
  • Assisting HR with talent acquisition & induction training.
  • Supporting Mangers with HR, IT and Fleet processes.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information/data.


The successful candidate:


  • Minimum 3 years in a PA position for senior stakeholders
  • Superb communication skills
  • Exceptional organisation and people management skills
  • Experience of managing diaries, travel and taking minutes
