As a Functional Consultant you will need to demonstrate experience with some of the following skills:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform features and functionalities.
