UST is recruiting a highly skilled functional MS Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant with an accountancy degree to join our dynamic team in the UK.


Location: UK - with travel required nationally (hybrid)

The Role:

The functional MS Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in accountancy and extensive experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O.


Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of MS Dynamics D365 F&O finance modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Design and tailor D365 F&O finance solutions to meet the specific needs of the organisation, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and recommend appropriate customisation or extensions to optimise financial processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing to validate system functionality, performance, and compliance with financial regulations, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customisation, workflows, and user manuals.
  • Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and system integration.


What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in finance or accounting are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a focus on finance modules.
  • Strong background in financial processes, accounting principles, and best practices.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 F&O finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
  • Experience with data migration, integration tools, and reporting frameworks.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications and relevant accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are highly desirable.
