Job Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 3 months

Location: Hybrid/Warwick (once per week requirement in the office)

Salary: £500-£550 per day via Umbrella

Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading company in the Utilities industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join their team in Warwick on a fixed-term contract for 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills and make a significant impact on their business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse complex business and digital environments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigate work and gather requirements to specify effective business processes.
  • Identify innovative, appropriate, and cost-effective solutions to enhance information systems and management practises.
  • Drive improvements in procedures and change management, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Develop product mandates, business cases, investment proposals, and post-investment appraisals.
  • Utilise consultancy techniques and processes to deliver benefits realisation and digital solutions with programme delivery leads.
  • Participate in project boards, steering, and governance groups as required.
  • Analyse business change resource demand to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Drive cultural and behavioural change within the organisation to work to UK BMS Standards and maintain a consistent framework.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of the Utilities industry is preferred but not essential.
