I am recruiting a ServiceNow developer on behalf of my client who are a technology services business with offices across the UK and the globe.
This is a growth role; my client is looking to extend their ServiceNow expertise and continue to grow the managed Services team. You will join a team of Administrators, BA’s, Consultants and Architects, you will be challenged with designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing both baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform.
We are looking for experience with both ITSM & CSM.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Designing, developing, configuring, and customising ServiceNow applications and services.
- Full involvement across the development lifecycle.
- Performing reviews on all coding, to maintain standards and security etc
- Assisting and training other developers across the ServiceNow platform.
- Assisting administrators where needed with incident resolution and request delivery.
Qualifications and experienced required:
- ITSM Certified
- CSM Certified (would be advantageous)
- Experience with common web technologies and languages (e.g. XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS)
- Configuration experience of ServiceNow CSDM, Performance Analytics, CMDB, Asset Management and Self-Service Portals.
The role is hybrid, and you will need to be office based 4 days per month as is company standard.
