Our client is a globally recognized leader in Fire Protection Systems, is seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer to be based in Manchester overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of specific engineering projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with fellow Project Engineers, Technical Design Leads, clients, and other key stakeholders to ensure projects are successfully delivered on time and within budget.

THE ROLE:

  • Collaborate with management to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead the execution of Fire Suppression engineering projects, managing resources to meet project deliverables.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Identify and address potential project risks and issues to prevent impacts on project delivery.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical input as needed.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Fire and Sprinkler systems, preferably within the UK/Manchester area.
