Are you a talented Management Accountant with experience of treasury management looking for a dynamic and rapidly growing company to advance your career? Key Responsibilities:

The key aspect of this role is overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and cash conversion cycle to ensure efficient use of resources and management of risk.

  • Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Handle exchange transactions and manage currency risk.
  • Lead and support the transactional team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
  • Managing the company's working capital to optimise liquidity and profitability
  • Perform a range of accounting tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Experience and Qualifications required.

  • Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role within the waste management/metal/construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in forex and cash flow management
  • Excellent leadership and team supervision skills
  • Experience working with SAGE
  • Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
  • Relevant accounting qualifications or working towards CIMA, ACCA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
