Key Responsibilities:

The key aspect of this role is overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and cash conversion cycle to ensure efficient use of resources and management of risk.

Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure financial stability.nHandle exchange transactions and manage currency risk.nLead and support the transactional team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.nManaging the company's working capital to optimise liquidity and profitabilitynPerform a range of accounting tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Experience and Qualifications required.

Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role within the waste management/metal/construction industry.nStrong knowledge and proficiency in forex and cash flow managementnExcellent leadership and team supervision skillsnExperience working with SAGEnProficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and reportingnRelevant accounting qualifications or working towards CIMA, ACCA.nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
