Role Overview:

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's HR agenda forward. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of HR functions, including but not limited to pay rise implementation, policy reviews, streamlining employment contracts, and aligning benefits across our multi-faceted business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the implementation of pay rise initiatives across all business entities to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing HR policies and procedures, recommending and implementing enhancements where necessary.

Consolidate and standardize employment contracts across the four companies into a single cohesive document, ensuring legal compliance and consistency.

Collaborate with department heads to align employee benefits and perks, enhancing overall employee satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the technology sector (though not essential).

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.

Location:

This position is based in Hemel Hempstead, offering a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work remotely for 2/3 days per week.
