Position Summary:

Pintu Sethi, Sr. Product & Engineering Program Management organization at Perforce is searching for a Program Manager, Program Management to join the team. This is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracks and maintains the project and program schedules (including all internal and external deliverables), resolving schedule conflicts.
  • Updates internal reports weekly.
  • Organizes project checkpoints and tracks milestone and checkpoint deliverables.
  • Coordinates and drives resolution for internal and external dependencies.
  • Ability to effectively organize large amounts of information.
  • Uses professional concepts, company policies and procedures to solve a variety of problems.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Mostly solely responsible for single project.
  • Ability to present several solution options and articulate their differences.
  • Primary intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters or those pertaining to the project or program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSCS or similar) or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial software and/or hardware industry or project.
  • Knowledge of project/product life cycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong in Atlassian suite particularly Jira Cloud
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Managing relationship with direct manger and other professionals in the group or department
