The role:


With over 10 neighbourhoods, each with its own unique brand, this is an incredible opportunity for a designer to engage with different styles and enjoy some creative freedom.


This fixed term contract is to cover maternity leave and will be a part of the wider marketing team.


The candidate will be required to come into the head office in Oxford at least once every two weeks.



What you’ll be doing:


  • Social Media content: Assist in creating eye-catching and on-brand creative that will effectively engage our followers.
  • Print design: Design a variety of bespoke event posters and signs
  • Digital marketing: Design promotional assets for multiple platforms (website, socials, Google Ads, Rightmove & more).
  • Branding design: Work with existing brand guidelines and produce new brand material when required (such as icons, patterns and illustrations)
  • Branded documents: Support the wider team by occasionally designing presentations, brochures and forms.
  • Brand consistency: Ensure that brand guidelines are always adhered to, both internally and by external suppliers.
  • Copywriting support: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce concise, well-written copy for marketing material (in-line with our Tone of Voice guidelines)
  • Stay current: Keep up to date with industry trends, design software and tools to maintain a high level of creativity and proficiency.



What we’re looking for:


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a professional graphic designer
  • An impressive online portfolio
  • Experience designing for both print and digital
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Premiere Pro
  • Expert knowledge of print and digital formats (online banner sizes, social media sizes, print-file settings)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst delivering high-quality content
  • Highly organised and able to manage a high-volume of projects at the same time
  • Friendly and enthusiastic individual, open to receiving constructive feedback


 

Nice to have’s:

  • You have experience working for lifestyle and/or property brands
  • Experience working with After Effects
