**The Role**:

TFP Fertility invites you to be a vital part of our dynamic team, infusing your artistic flair into our internal communications and patient-facing marketing across various channels. In the midst of a cultural shift normalising discussions about fertility journeys, your creations will represent the forefront of the UK's leading fertility assistance provider.

Located in the Oxford office, passionate Graphic Designer specialising in consumer health will discover a meaningful role within TFP Fertility's expanding marketing team. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders throughout the TFP Fertility Group to execute marketing campaigns that embody our commitment to excellence through expertise and empathy. **The **Location**:
This is a hybrid role, however you will need to work on site at our Oxford clinic as required. The TFP Oxford Fertility clinic was established in 1992 and is one of the UK’s longest standing and largest IVF clinics. Conveniently located in a business park situated on the outskirts of Oxford, close to junction 8a of the M40, there is ample free parking for staff and patients around the building.

What we are seeking a designer who thrives by
- Creating empathetic and clinically accurate creative content, addressing the emotional needs of our patients, while meeting business requirements in an accessible format.
- Proactively collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and presentation approaches.
- Ensures their work meets high-quality standards, aligns with the brief, and is completed on time.
- Stays updated on digital platform design trends and innovations, incorporating them into your creative executions.
- Collaborates with content writers to ensure copy enhances the message and integrates seamlessly with the design.
- Supports the wider team in providing direction on photography style, imagery, typography, and iconography.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver work to be used across multiple websites, paid and organic social, display advertising, patient-facing areas, webinars and printed collateral.
- Lead the creative process for developing ongoing digital advertising creative, based on the performance results supplied by the channel stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to enhance organic social content within brand guidelines.
- Support medical experts with the presentation of their research in medical letters.
- Assist other departments with internal communications and presentation of training content.
- Refine existing assets to align with the brand’s guidelines.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Robust design experience spanning Print and Digital, with a focus on UX considerations across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in typography, composition, and design, covering visual communication, UX/UI, principles, and ideation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for brands.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder relationships, coupled with structured articulation of creative ideas aligned with commercial objectives.
- Effective prioritisation skills, a proactive approach, and a creative mindset.
- Previous experience in healthcare, consumer health, or purpose-driven companies is beneficial.
- Extensive design experience in a design agency or in-house setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma for design and animation, and experience in creating effective digital advertising within performance marketing environments.
- Ability to work innovatively, meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and speed.
