The Company

This leading events space is specialist in delivering large scale outdoor and public facing events they know what they are doing when it comes to mass participation. Working within a well known space the events range from public festivals, sporting events and more

The Role

We are now supporting with the hire of an Accessibility Manager to join their busy Customer Services team. This role will have overarching responsibility for ensuring that the venue and the space are accessible for all and deal with any enquiries regarding disabilities. Working closely with all internal departments the role involves excellent communication skills verbally and written.

About you

With experience working in a similar role you will have knowledge of accessibility support and working with disabled customers. Customer services background and dealing with a volume of email enquiries is also key. Knowledge and interest in current legislations regarding disabled customers is also important along with disability awareness training.
