In this role, you'll be responsible for:


  • Ensuring all aspects of compliance are met at the Tiverton site
  • Leading site audits (BRC, Retailer) and managing corrective actions
  • Training staff on compliance and audit procedures
  • Implementing and managing the Food Safety Culture Plan
  • Conducting internal & external audits (suppliers, service providers)
  • Maintaining documentation control and updating HACCP plans
  • Upholding high standards through pest control management


You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience with BRC GS Food Audits and other retailer audits
  • Knowledge of HACCP systems and experience as a trainer
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships and work effectively within a team
  • A proactive and self-motivated personality with a can-do attitude
  • A Degree or A Levels (or equivalent) is preferred, along with a driving licence.
