Our Client
Our client is a multidisciplinary consultancy offering services such as Asset Management, Commercial and Engineering within water, energy, and environmental sectors in the UK.
Our client has been operating for over 15 years and has helped organisations reduce the total cost, carbon, and energy impact of asset ownership throughout the asset lifecycle. The Role
As Quantity Surveyor you will have Commercial responsibility for the whole project life-cycle including preparation of cost estimates, procurement, cost forecasting and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- for projects from inception to completion.
- the focal point of contact for the client and inspire confidence for with clients.
- infrastructure projects ideally using the NEC form of contract.
- and cost planning.
- documentation completion.
- reporting
- account preparation
- and take lead on multiple projects for their clients.
- appropriate Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management duties required.
- be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in a similar role with experience in the water industry or wider utility sector you will be a strategic thinker and lead from the front. You should be a dynamic individual with a level of high energy.
