A young and ambitious Groundworks & Civil Engineering Contractor is urgently seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to be based in their offices in West Malling. Boasting a turnover of £15m, this contractor aspires of hitting the £25m turnover mark in the next 5 years.
The Project Quantity Surveyor will be working on schemes for contractors such as Bouygues, Lovell Partnerships, Berkeley Group, and Hill Partnerships. As a Quantity Surveyor in this role, you will play a key part in managing groundworks packages.
Must haves and what's on offer for the Quantity Surveyor?
* Experience working in a similar groundwork’s contractor, managing groundworks packages as a Quantity Surveyor, or being client-side and heavily involved in groundworks.
* Ability to travel to projects in London and around the M25, which is essential for the Quantity Surveyor.
* Interest in working for a young, entrepreneurial business that is flexible and easy-going with all members of staff, ideal for a Quantity Surveyor looking for a dynamic work environment.
* Willingness to work in a small commercial team, which is perfect for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys close-knit team settings.
* Enjoyment of a fun, 'work hard, play hard' atmosphere, a great fit for a Quantity Surveyor who values a balanced work culture.
* Working hours: 8am - 5pm, suited for a Quantity Surveyor who appreciates structured hours.
* Office-based with WFH options, offering flexibility for the Quantity Surveyor.
* Salary up to £65,000, competitive for a Project Quantity Surveyor.
