Job Description

Calling Account Managers with 3 - 4 years client service experience, an agency background and a good understanding of digital marketing and digital projects, with the ability to grow accounts.


We have an opportunity for you to join an independent brand and digital agency that works with an impressive mix of B2B and B2C clients.


With expertise in consultancy and strategy, creative and design, technology and platforms, digital marketing, media and PPC, SEO and content, they are digital problem solvers who blend insights, data, creativity, and technology to help their clients harness the power of digital and drive growth.


Here you will support and nurture clients through their digital and marketing initiatives.


The role is based in South West London – 3 days in the office/WFH split and reports to the Client Experience Director.


CORE SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, manage and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience working on digital projects and campaigns, within an agency environment.
  • Act as client advocate, ensuring quality assurance and project profitability throughout the lifecycle.
  • Actively identify opportunities to grow client accounts, develop ideas into action plans, and drive increased revenue.
  • Support the running of discovery workshops to understand client requirements and align with their brand, business objectives, and marketing roadmaps.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver digital strategy, website/app/email design and builds, SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Clearly articulate proposed strategies and projects to clients, generating proposals and costs.
  • Experience understanding and answering a brief - ensuring clear, comprehensive briefing of internal teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset and strategic confidence.
  • Proven ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships and grow accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with client account administration, documentation and supporting processes, including regular status calls and status reports.
  • Appreciation of what makes great digital and customer buyer journey experiences.
  • Fluent English speaker with polished communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of work to clients and present strategic plans.


For this Account Manager role, our client is offering a salary of £35 – 42k based on experience, plus benefits.
