Management Accountant/Finance Manager

We require a hands-on Management Accountant to lead a busy, and friendly finance team. You will be responsible for producing accounts and budgets whilst overseeing and supporting the Purchase, and Sales ledger functions.
Management Accounting:
transaction entry across the financial accounts and internal database
of monthly accounts, including accruals, to review with Director
balance sheet and TB for production of year end accounts
with external accountant for the filing of annual financial accounts, and audit
payroll by external provider
and adapt account procedures to ensure an efficient team
Managing Finance Team:
Manage a team of 2, providing training and support to ensure effective AR/AP functions:
reconciliation and actioning timely outgoing payments
to the finance queries and providing timely solutions, both to internal teams and external clients
timely bookkeeping records overseeing payment to exclusive talent, and managing transfers to the client account
strong relationships with the rest of the finance team in order to provide an excellent service to the JLA team and JLA’s client base
with Sage50 Accounts or equivalent and proficiency in use of Excel and an ability to pick up new IT system quickly
of accessing business bank accounts and following fraud prevention processes
to utilise and analyse data across multiple IT platforms to provide clarity and details for internal teams and external clients
to be flexible and adaptable within a small team environment
in a friendly office in an outstanding central London location (5 minutes’ walk from Oxford Circus)
working - full or part-time considered (minimum of 22.salary + annual bonus scheme
