A global technology company is expanding its leadership team in the UK and looking to hire a Country Head. The role will be critical to the continued growth of the organisation across EMEA and is a unique opportunity to join as the company goes through transformative change. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader, with a proven track record within ad sales and will be highly engaged in the organisation’s mission.

Vision and Leadership

• Site lead for the UK office

• Sets and owns a compelling and inspiring UK vision aligned with their global objectives and strategy.

• Fosters a culture that ensures that the culture is aligned to the rest of the organisation

• Key member of Europe & Africa leadership team

Market Presence

• Own and build influential relationships with advertising Agency CEOs and Top Account CXOs

• Work with Public Policy to engage with regulators, officials, relevant groups and bodies

• Engage with key industry bodies such as IAB and ISBA to proactively influence perceptions and ad spend

• Own industry communication and media presence through thought leadership and active engagement with media

• Establish yourself as a voice of authority in the market representing the company as Country MD

• Work with Head of Sales and partner with Marketing to ensure delivery of revenue impacting events

Strategy, Revenue and Operations

• Own the development of the strategy for ad sales and partnerships, and work with the Head of Sales and XFN leads to ensure the successful execution of the plan.

• Own the UK number and work with Head of Sales to forecast weekly, quarterly and

annual revenue accurately

• Work XFN and with Head of Sales to deliver informative business insights that influence

decision making and strategic direction

• Partners with Sales Operations to ensure optimum use of sales and XFN resources
