 As a successful care coordinator, you will:

 

  • Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Social Care or be willing to work towards achieving it.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in line with CQC/SCC guidance.
  • Have experience working within the care sector at a supervisory level.
  • Possess a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:


  •  Providing care and support to our clients and carers within the local community.
  • Allocating staff effectively to ensure clients receive the highest standards of care and support.
  • Conduct direct observations and supervisions for care teams within specified timescales.
  • Reassess clients to ensure care plans reflect their needs and conditions.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities.
