Job title: Office manager and PA, running the London office in a fast-growing boutique wealth management and investment firm

Contract Time: Full time office based

Location: Kensington, London with occasional international

Reporting Line: Executive Director

Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years

Working languages: English and French

Core responsibilities

Run the London office including:

  • Work closely with the CEO on personal matters (travel, household bills and diary management)
  • Coordinate meetings, managing schedules and travel for the team
  • Assisting the team on liaising with third parties as required
  • Administrative tasks including handling legal documents
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Organising day to day in office
  • Project manage any special projects - Team outings, office move etc

Key requirements

  • Educated to degree level
  • Fluent French speaker - both spoken and written
  • A minimum of 4 years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in finance

Personal

  • Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Have great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ambitious, dynamic and looking to progress their career
  • Very well organised and professional in manner
  • Self-motivated and strong team player

Compensation

£35-45K depending on experience
