Our client, a leading real estate company, is seeking an experienced MRICS Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Oxford. Position Overview

As a key member of the team, you will blend estate management and professional work, delivering a range of projects for high-profile rural clients. Your expertise will help drive the success of the department and enhance the company's reputation in the industry.


Responsibilities

  • Act as principal agent for key estate management clients
  • Conduct estate and farming business reviews
  • Handle diversification projects and strategic land promotion
  • Perform secured lending and professional valuations
  • Generate new opportunities and build client relationships


Requirements

  • MRICS qualified with relevant rural surveyor experience
  • Degree-level education
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Confident, composed, and flexible approach to work
  • Understanding of confidentiality and discretion
