We’re seeking a dedicated and personable Marketing Project Manager to lead our group and venue marketing projects, campaigns & initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience initiating projects/campaigns, writing and presenting briefs, delegating tasks, and managing key stakeholders. They will also have a real passion for connecting and helping others and a drive to provide exceptional client relations. Applicants should also be proficient in spreadsheets, copywriting and other productivity & marketing software. 

 

Responsibilities  

  • Create commercially led venue campaign/project briefs and brief the marketing team (and other departments as required). 
  • Venue campaign/project facilitator – by use of Asana and other communication means, coordinate and support the key project stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns/projects which meet the agreed brief requirements, including regular communication with venue clients and internal departments - providing and receiving relevant project updates. 
  • Ensuring end-to-end execution of marketing projects and campaigns to meet set business goals. Projects and activities include (but are not limited to): 
  • Ongoing promotion of wedding open events 
  • Attending weekly sales meetings for insight on venues’ progress against monthly booking targets, and reporting back to the marketing team 
  • Adhoc sales opportunities e.g. offer introduction, pricing updates 
  • Ongoing promotion of upsell opportunities 
  • Promotion of venue-run events eg. pop-up restaurants 


Preferred skills and qualifications 

  • Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills 
  • Working knowledge of project management software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Asana and other relevant applications 
  • Ability to work under pressure and make hard decisions required to achieve project objectives 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines and receiving positive customer feedback 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Good marketing communication brand copywriting experience
