Exciting opportunity for a Window Sales Manager to join our Minworth team. In this role, you will be the go-to window expert for the branch and surrounding areas. Responsible for selling various GAP window systems to trade and residential customers and working closely with them to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs to deliver the best window systems to meet and exceed their expectations ensuring repeat custom.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them
  • Promote and sell a range of window products to customers
  • Provide accurate product information and demonstrate features and benefits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order processing and delivery
  • Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to answer customer inquiries effectively

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in the fenestration industry, preferably in the window industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of uPVC and aluminium window products
  • Excellent relationship-building and account-management skills
  • Technically minded, commercially astute, energetic and ambitious
  • Self-sufficient problem solver with a learn-as-you-develop attitude
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows processing systems
