Position Overview:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships within the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet and exceed expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of both the tech and hospitality industries, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and propose innovative solutions to meet them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of products and services.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in account management, preferably within the tech or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
