As an Accounts Assistant, you'll be tasked with reviewing, assigning, and processing invoices and expenses using SAP Concur. You'll need to assess VAT treatment and suggest improvements for the entire accounts payable process. Additionally, you'll provide user training, generate and review reports, update mileage rates, and conduct various reconciliations monthly. Other duties involve posting cash transactions, preparing bank reconciliations, managing payroll alongside the Head Office Accountant, compiling management reporting packs, overseeing petty cash and foreign currency floats, managing intercompany invoices, and maintaining the fixed asset register.

Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday - 37.Accounts Assistant Requirements:

SAP Concur experience - processing invoices and employee expenses
Proficient Excel skills
Sage payroll experience - running payroll end-to-end
Working towards a financial qualification, for example AAT
