The Opportunity


Digital Apple is grown exponentially for the last 10 years, and with the introduction of new SaaS offerings and a focus on marketing, we're poised for even greater success. To fuel this growth, we're seeking a visionary Creative Art Director to lead our talented design team and elevate the visual language of everything we create.


As a Creative Art Director, you'll be the creative captain of our ship, steering the direction of all visual content across interactive experiences, video productions, eLearning courses, websites, and marketing materials. You'll be responsible for translating complex ideas into stunning visuals that resonate with our target audiences and support our clients' business goals.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of B2B marketing innovation. You'll collaborate with a passionate team of designers, copywriters, and strategists to push boundaries and leverage cutting-edge technology to create truly impactful content.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction for all client projects, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and exceeding client expectations.
  • Brainstorm and develop innovative visual concepts for interactive content, video scripts, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, software, and technology to ensure our visuals are cutting-edge and effective.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to ensure seamless integration of visuals and messaging.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale and vision behind your work.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Creative Art Director or similar senior design role within a B2B agency or creative services firm.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creative vision, design expertise, and the ability to tell compelling visual stories.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and user experience (UX) design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • A passion for staying ahead of the curve and embracing new design technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.


Good to have

  • Experience with interactive content creation and/or 3D design would be a plus.
  • Understanding of AI-powered design tools and a willingness to explore their potential.
