Your new company
You will be joining a dynamic and innovative team, a leading manufacturing organisation committed to excellence, based in Dundalk. They pride themselves on cutting-edge solutions and a collaborative work environment, and are a huge, multinational company with scope for further growth and development.
Your new role
You will be joining a team of Manufacturing Engineers on site, playing a pivotal role in optimising production processes. This role will be primarily based on the floor inspecting changes and points where processes and lines can be optimised. You will be tasked with Data Analysis, diving into manufacturing data from assembly and production areas, work in collaboration with R&F, quality and Health & safety teams to implement changes to improve and optimise the overall lines.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role, you will need to be degree educated in an engineering discipline, have previous experience working on a manufacturing floor, ideally experience within Lean manufacturing (six sigma preferred). The candidate must also be confident and have no issues being hands-on and not confined to an office.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a very strong package, with a salary between €35,000 and €45,000, a strong pension contribution, extremely flexible working hours which can be agreed upon with each manager, 22 days annual leave before bank holidays, alongside paid training from the company, who massively encourage employees to take advantage of to build up their skillset.
