They are looking for a Buying Assistant to come on board and join their team. This is a great role for someone with experience in the industry looking to continue their career in buying.
Providing support to the Buying Team, Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative support to the Buying Team.
- Developing costing sheets and ensure price changes and costings are kept up to date.
- Manage all stages of the ordering process, including purchase orders, sample requests, sharing accurate trim and wash care information.
- Establishing strong relationships with worldwide suppliers, acting as a liaison between them and the buying team.
- Take ownership of the Critical Path, to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide the team with support in managing samples for photography, quality assessment, and showroom display.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Meticulous time management skills with a highly organised mindset, demonstrating your ability to prioritise tasks, multitask and manage projects with deadlines.
- A flexible approach to your work and the business, be a key team player and adapt as required with the ability to work well as part of a small growing team.
- Experience within a similar role within womenswear clothing and be able to come in and hit the ground running.
- Good communication skills, being able to effectively communicate across the business.
