We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Room Leader to join a Surbiton-based nursery that forms part of a wider group of nurseries. With further expansion in progress, they have multiple positions to support across all age groups and are seeking passionate, pro-active individuals to join their team to embrace this exciting time...

This organisation is part of a wider leisure brand providing their staff team with direct access to multiple on-site facilities that promote health and well-being including a gym, swimming pool and personal training classes.

This role would ideally suit someone with strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation stage who has undertaken previous Designated Safeguarding Leadership training. A certificate in Pediatric First Aid also desirable.

*You will need:*
* A full and relevant level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
* At least 12 months experience working in an Early Years setting
* Comprehensive safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
* Experience working within a fast-paced environment
* A "can do" attitude and someone who's not afraid to get stuck in
* The ability to lead, whilst maintaining a solution focused approach
* The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
* A passion for childcare and child development and making a difference
* A child-centred approach to your work
