*Position Overview:* As a Chef you will be responsible for designing and executing an exquisite menu that showcases your culinary expertise. You will be working as a part of talented kitchen staff, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are maintained. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will be instrumental in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our valued customers.

*Responsibilities:*
* Help develop and create innovative and enticing menus with our head chef that align with our restaurant's vision and standards.
* Plan and execute food preparation ensuring highest quality and consistency.
* Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
* Oversee food inventory management, minimising waste, and ensuring the availability of necessary ingredients at all times.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members, encouraging their growth and development.
* Implement and enforce strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
* Stay updated on current culinary trends, techniques, and industry developments, incorporating them into our menu offerings.

*Requirements:*
* Proven work experience as a chef, preferably in fresh food dining establishments.
* A solid understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen procedures.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional dishes that delight the palate.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
* Culinary certification or relevant degree is strongly preferred.
