Managing Director - Life Sciences & Pharma

Location: London, UK


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director level recruitment professional within the Life Sciences sector to lead a recruitment start up business, based in Central London.


The Role:

As the Managing Director, you will be at the forefront of strategic initiatives, driving growth and ensuring operational excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in steering your high-performing recruitment sales teams to success.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our position in the Life Sciences recruitment market.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing recruitment sales teams.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, providing insights to guide decision-making.
  • Financial Management: Drive revenue growth and manage budgetary requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Managing Director or similar executive role within the recruitment industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing recruitment sales teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the Life Sciences sector and recruitment industry best practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of exceeding targets.
