We are seeking to invest in a dynamic and experienced Director level recruitment professional to start & lead a recruitment business.
The Role:
As the Managing Director, you will be at the forefront of strategic initiatives, driving sales and growth. In time, your leadership will be instrumental in steering your high-performing recruitment sales team to success.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: You will be a seasoned Business Developer, able to acquire clients from Day 1.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance your position in your chosen recruitment sector.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing recruitment sales teams.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Drive revenue growth and manage budgetary requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director or similar management role within the recruitment industry ( AGENCY RECRUITERS ONLY | INTERNAL TALENT ACQUISITION PROFESSIONALS NEED NOT APPLY)
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing recruitment sales teams.
- In-depth understanding of your chosen sector and recruitment industry best practices.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets, personally billing no less than £150k a year consistently.
