Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will identify potential customers and sites for our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Energy Management System. The Candidate must take ownership of the entire client’s journey. The goal is to help Exergy Solutions continue to grow.
Requirements:
• Experience with sales or business development positions
• Experience with the energy sector
• Understanding of energy generation, storage systems, management systems, and the energy market in UK.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to network with different sectors
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Advanced
• degree or MBA preferred
• Acceptance of a flexible schedule and the ability to travel (50% - 60%)
