Sitting in the Growth Operations team of the business, we’re looking for a ‘Go Getter’ to find new business opportunities across our product portfolio and recruit more charities to access our services. You’ll be directly responsible for expansion of our charitable programmes and helping grow fundraising potential in major running events such as the BMW Berlin-Marathon, Irish Life Dublin Marathon, SuperHalfs plus many more. 


The role:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-years’ experience in sales and if successful, can expect promotion in their first 12-months. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with leads & prospects, helping us build long-term relationships with our charity customers.


As the New Business Executive, you will be responsible for the following:


Responsibilities

·      Building a pipeline of warm & cold leads across our product portfolio

·      Continuously following up with leads and prospects to secure meetings

·      Maintaining & updating the CRM system [HubSpot]

·      Hitting monthly targets, driving growth

·      Providing regular sales reports and general support to the Senior Leadership Team

·      Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and social media

Providing activation / account support to the new charities you bring on board to maximise their earning potential and your commission potential


The Partnership Executive will have:  

Experience                                                                                                                

·      Proven experience as a Sales Executive, or similar business development role

·      Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

·      Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of HubSpot is a plus

·      Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

·      Organizational and time-management skills

·      Business acumen

·      Enthusiastic and passionate

·      BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing desirable but not essential
