Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity for a Clinical Trainer with a passion for the aesthetics industry. This role is perfect for an experienced professional capable of delivering high-quality training to practitioners, ensuring excellence in clinical practices and patient care.

Role:

As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a key role in training and educating practitioners on various aesthetic treatments and procedures. You will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, ensuring all trainees meet the high standards expected in the industry. Reporting directly to the Head of Training, this role combines hands-on training with strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to trainees to ensure competency and adherence to clinical standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources, reflecting the latest industry standards and technologies.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to identify training needs and develop customised training plans.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Nurse (RGN
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Trainer or in a similar educational role within the aesthetics or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in aesthetic treatments and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Passion for teaching and developing others.
