1. Implement various learning methods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) ensure that learning is appropriate to individual/teams and that learning is maximised. 2.


Act as support and advice to clinical teams with regards to skills training to equip colleagues with the necessary skills and expertise to appropriately complete their role.

To work closely with the Quality and People teams in planning and creating training materials to ensure that they are appropriate, reflect current best practice and legal and regulatory requirements.

Support the delivery of the Quality Assurance tool across all areas of the business to ensure compliance with quality standards.

5.

Support the delivery of training following the identification of learning from incidents to reduce further occurrences and improve patient experiences.

6.

Act as Train the Trainer for key courses such as cannulation and moving and handling. 7.

Support the review of data and preparation of reports associated with statutory, mandatory, and clinical skills training to ensure the organisation is compliant and taking appropriate action where it is not.

8.
