Our client, a real estate investment management firm, is looking for a Corporate or Funds Lawyer to join them on an extended maternity cover to begin asap, based in their Mayfair office 4 days a week.


You will be working closely with the General Counsel, you will be a key function of the whole business.

  • Fund related legal support including drafting relevant documentation, DD requests, assisting on fund raising activities and fund vehicle formation
  • Drafting and negotiating intra-group loan and third party facility agreements, engagement letters
  • General commercial contract drafting and review
  • Property Management Agreements, Intellectual Property Rights and Engagement letters.
  • Company Secretariat
  • Managing Paralegal


The successful applicant must have at least 5 years PQE with experience in a corporate or funds team within Private Practice or In-House. Please reach out at libby.cloete@simmonsandhanbury.com to find out more.
