What’s the story?

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our wonderful team, working 3 days in and 2 from home.

We have multiple opportunities at varying levels. Whether you’re new to recruitment or have many years of experience, we’d love to hear from you. You will be empowered to work autonomously and become a true expert in your field. You’ll have access to some of the best minds and mentors in the industry with clear and concise training provided every step of the way.

Day to day:

  • Building incredible relationships with businesses and candidates alike
  • Researching, creating new business and opportunities to support the development of your desk and client portfolio
  • Sourcing candidates utilising a variety of methods
  • Interviewing candidates and offering market insights
  • Networking and connecting with the industry via social media
  • Building your personal brand to become the authority in your field
