We're seeking an enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on SOUTH EAST territory.

Your primary responsibility will be cultivating relationships and driving sales growth within small independent retailers and boutique shops.

You'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence, implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. If you're a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a knack for building connections, we want to hear from you

Package: £30k (flex) + Car + Bonus

  1. Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the gifting or related industry.
  2. Remote Work Skills: Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote environment, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with the team.
  3. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  4. Knowledge of Gifting Market: Familiarity with the gifting industry, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  5. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
  6. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability.
  7. Customer Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Goal-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  9. Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to identify challenges and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles in the sales process.
  10. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using sales management tools, CRM software, and other relevant technology to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
  11. Driving License: Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the territory.
  12. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and company initiatives.
  13. Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage sales pipelines, schedules, and administrative tasks effectively.
  14. Passion for Gifting: Genuine passion for gifting and enthusiasm for promoting products that bring joy and value to customers.
  15. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required, with relevant sales experience considered.
