The role and the work


What you’ll do

  • Provide administration and organisational support to the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Own and manage the construction contract storage/database.
  • Maintain and monitor project close out activity and dates post practical completion.
  • Own and manage the TSK ‘aftercare’ portal, ensuring that all post project requests from clients are handled and closed out in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage 1-4 week planner for aftercare operations, ensuring visibility and clarity of all planned works with clients, suppliers and internal team alike through proactive communication with clear trail.
  • Ensure look-ahead planning of activity with supply chain and in house operatives.
  • Maintain full audit trail of activity and close out of aftercare works.
  • Support for compliance team – ISO, supply chain and general administration support.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Develop this role - Identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Support ongoing implementation of Procore and undertake audit inspections.


What you’ll need to be successful

  • Organised and disciplined individual with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Confident and an ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Understanding of what excellent customer service looks and feels like and the aptitude to see things from the client’s perspective in order to shape an appropriate response.
  • Desire to support continuous improvement within the Delivery team and across TSK – feeding back lessons learned to inform future sales efforts and project delivery.


The ideal candidate


We’d like you to have experience in the following:

  • Providing project coordination support to a fast paced on-site operations team.
  • Dealing directly with clients.
  • Use of Procore software.
