Aiviq is growing UK-based FinTech, specialising in developing SaaS products for the world’s investment Managers. We are backed by Alpha Financial Markets Consulting Plc, a leading global provider of specialist consultancy services to the financial services industry.


At Aiviq, we create clarity for the world’s investment managers. Our cloud-based data and analytics platform turns disparate client investment information into enterprise datasets for literally hundreds of industry use cases, and we’re not done yet.


We’re looking for an innovative, open-minded marketing generalist with hands on experience and a desire to take the next step in developing their career with experienced industry professionals. What you will be doing

Our Marketing Manager will work directly with our Head of Product and become well versed in our market strategy and value proposition. Aiviq is growing rapidly and this role is a real opportunity to make a BIG impact in our market.

  • Brand: Own Aiviq brand guidelines, overseeing its consistent use and evolution across Aiviq teams and use cases. Responsible for brand positioning and managing key brand collateral
  • Content & PR: Plan and execute content strategy, producing copy for articles, newsletters, brochures and other content to meet engagement and lead gen targets. Coordinate PR releases with agencies
  • Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns across channels and regions in line with budget to support sales and marketing objectives
  • Events & Subscriptions: Manage Aiviq roundtable events, industry memberships/affiliations and conferences, through from business case assessment to event management and budget tracking
  • Web & Social: Manage Aiviq online and social channels in line with marketing strategy, brand guidelines. Monitor SEO, Search and CRM integration of Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Market intelligence: Carry out market, buyer and competitor research to analyse trends to inform product and marketing strategy, working closely with Aiviq leadership


What you will need

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience working across most, if not all, of the above marketing domains, ideally within financial services
  • Demonstrable leadership skills, with experience setting and tracking marketing objectives and defining initiatives and calculating marketing return on investment, reporting to senior leadership
  • Experience working with common marketing technologies and applications such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Webflow, Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
