Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work across one of Digitas' largest clients.

The role will be part of a Publicis Groupe team working with teams from Digitas, Saatchi and Saatchi, and Publicis Poke to deliver best in class editorial content and campaigns for a leading UK client.

This is an exciting time for someone to join the team and help raise the bar of our editorial content stream for one of our largest clients. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about working for a leading global digital agency and delivering stand out creative work. Partnering with stakeholders across the business, we're looking for a strong Senior Account Manager who is passionate about content production, with strong creative flare and keen to be part of an agency and team with ambitious ideas. As a key player within the team, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the account, owning key client relationships and driving projects forward. Occasional travel and shoot attendance are a key part of this role.

The successful candidate will report directly into an Account Director. They will be able to work alongside all departments within the agency and they will be confident in leading conversations with various teams such as Creative, Strategy and Production, as well as owning the client relationship day to day.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Account Manager and Account Director, you will be responsible for the briefing, execution and delivery of editorial content for a leading UK client across owned channels.
  • Critical client point of contact and a core part of the client and Digitas teams.
  • Attending daily internal stand-up meetings and providing status of the project.
  • Attending shoots and events.
  • Working closely with the Account Directors to manage weekly prioritisation.
  • Working with key clients to understand and interpret their brief, challenging the ask when necessary to ensure we are always delivering the best solution, pulling in other members of the team as and when required.
  • Financial tracking and management of individual projects.
  • Opportunity to develop more junior members of the team day to day (AM/ AE).
Qualifications
  • You may be an AM looking for the next step up, or a SAM looking to take on more responsibility on a larger portfolio.
  • You will have several years’ experience in a digital or creative agency, with a solid knowledge and understanding of the creative process end to end. You will be experienced in working with diverse teams from strategy to creative at all levels.
  • Ability to review and guide creative work according to client brief and strategy to an excellent standard.
  • You will be comfortable presenting creative work to clients, taking and challenging feedback when necessary.
  • Commercial aptitude with ability to track and manage project budgets effectively.
  • Knowledge of production and/or post-production processes is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability of building strong relationships across a multitude of departments, disciplines and levels of stakeholder.
  • Able to manage a multitude of projects, prioritising to ensure the agency is always delivering against the client’s latest needs.
  • Able to be an essential member of the client team while always supporting the agency's approach and delivering against the agency’s agenda.
  • Proven ability of handling creative development projects including brief writing and presenting creative work to clients.
  • Understanding of other disciplines e.g. media, products & platforms is desirable, but not essential.
