Before you jump into this role, you’ll embark on a 12-week training programme with Just IT. This comprehensive programme will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive in your new position.
What you'll be doing:
- Data Detective: Dive into large datasets, clean them up, and uncover key trends and patterns and insights to guide business decisions.
- Pipeline Perfection: Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows, ensuring the data is accurate, accessible, and ready to use.
- Insight Storyteller: Design and create data models and visualisations that bring your findings to life, making them clear and actionable for stakeholders.
- Team Collaborator: Work with various departments to understand their data needs and turn them into actionable solutions.
- Problem Solver: Conduct deep-dive analyses to support key business initiatives and strategic goals.
- Data Optimiser: Monitor the performance of data-driven projects and suggest improvements to make them even better.
- Trend Watcher: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics.
What we’re looking for an individual who:
- Has a strong independent work ethic, but someone who can collaborate within a team.
- Is highly organised individual to keep projects on track.
- Great with both written and verbal communication.
- Is self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Is willing and able to commit to the 12-week training programme prior to starting the role.

- You must be based in the West Midlands (Birmingham, Solihull, etc.).
- Be employed, self-employed, career changers, returners to work or unemployed within the last 12 months.
- Have the right to live and work in the UK.
- Have access to a reliable internet connection with a PC/ Laptop.
